Inventor

The inventor is one or more natural persons behind the Invention. Although the inventor may be the applicant of the patent application, most of the time he is an employee inventor, so that his employer will be the applicant, and therefore the owner, of the patent application and then of the patent. In the case of a waged inventor, the specific rules applicable to waged inventions will apply, meaning that the employee will be rewarded for his invention.
